Respectful Workplace Conduct helps participants understand the role of respect in building inclusivity and collaboration. Using the “red light, yellow light, green light” framework, employees will learn practical ways to express concerns about behavior respectfully and constructively. The course also provides strategies for handling mistakes, building trust, and addressing common workplace derailers such as gossip and avoidance.
