Empower every role—from field to office—with practical, hands-on AI skills. Whether you’re out in the field or behind a desk, this program gives you a strong foundation in using AI in your everyday work. It’s not just about the tools—it’s about seeing the opportunities.
This isn’t just another tech workshop. It’s a mindset shift. You’ll build an intuitive understanding of how AI can enhance decision-making, save time, and uncover new ways to work smarter—not harder.

State of AI & Modern Tools
We start with a clear overview of where AI is today, where it's heading, and how tools like ChatGPT and Copilot fit into everyday work.
Safety, Best Practices & Responsible Use
Participants learn practical guardrails that help them avoid bad outputs, biased responses, and misinformation, along with simple ways to spot hallucinations and correct them.
Hands-On Prompting & Workplace Use Cases
We teach how to write prompts that actually get results, including email drafting, rewriting, summarizing, and communication workflows, followed by a group "What If" exercise to apply the skills.
Custom GPTs & Connected Workflows
Participants get a full walkthrough on how Custom GPTs work, see a live build, and complete a guided exercise that shows where connected tools and MCP integrations can extend their workflow.
Task Automation & SOP Development
We demonstrate how AI can break down repeatable tasks, map out workflows, and turn tribal knowledge into clear procedures that teams can follow.
Deep Research & Advanced Capabilities
The class works through structured research techniques, document extraction, and fact-checking methods, with Gamma used to turn findings into presentation-ready content.
Frameworks & Consistency Tools
Attendees learn how to use memory, frameworks, and rating methods to get predictable, consistent outputs from AI without starting from scratch each time.
AI Images & Creativity Tools
We cover simple image-generation techniques for internal use and explain when these tools actually help a project versus when they're unnecessary.
Daily Q&A + Guided Exercises
Each day includes open Q&A and hands-on exercises so participants can practice new skills, troubleshoot real scenarios, and gain confidence through repetition.
